What drives me today isn’t just success; it’s the responsibility of guiding people through some of the most important decisions of their lives.
The moment I realized I wanted to become a realtor wasn’t a dramatic epiphany—it was more like a slow dawn. After years of working in my family’s construction business, I found my circumstances pushing me in a different direction. I wanted the freedom to control my own time and to find a career where my effort would directly shape my success. Real estate kept coming up as the answer.

My journey started in Bellflower, California. My dad owned a construction company, and from the time I was a teenager, I was out on job sites with him and my older brother. Summers meant hard labor—painting, drywall, demolition, and helping to manage the business too. Those years taught me the value of hard work.
However, the physical toll came at a price. Between playing football, going to the gym, and working on construction sites, and my unhealthy weight created screaming back pain. I continued working for the family business but transitioned into office management, doing whatever was needed to keep things running while taking care of my back.

Meeting my wife, Jasmin, began shifting my perspective on life. We met at a bowling alley and married in 2013. I wanted to become a father, which required both flexibility and a stable income. Together, we forged a path to build a family.
I considered everything from selling solar panels to driving for Uber, but nothing felt right. Real estate kept coming up. The idea of building something for myself was too compelling to ignore.

I got my real estate license in 2015 while still juggling construction work and even flipping cars on the side. The transition wasn’t easy. There were gut-check moments—times when money came in fast but went out just as quickly. I learned the hard way that you can’t treat this business like a part-time gig. If you slack off, you pay for it. I had to become more responsible, more disciplined, and more aware of how my actions shaped my results.
Along the way, my personal life was changing too, as we built a family with four amazing kids: Ozzie Jr., Hannah, Mateo, and Isaac. Each child’s arrival was a pivotal moment, reminding me why I work so hard.
As the years went by, I became more responsible, a better manager of my business, and more conscious of my health. My back pain has been a constant companion since I was nineteen, and healing it has been its own journey.

At one point, doctors told me I needed surgery, but I managed to avoid it through a mix of chiropractic care, cold plunge and sauna therapy, and concentrated oxygen injections. I’ve gone through a weight-loss journey and committed to fundamental exercises that help spine stability. I’ve learned to avoid foods that trigger inflammation and stay active to keep the pain at bay.
It comes as no surprise that, in my free time, you’ll find me at the gym in the morning, lifting weights or doing cardio to start my day strong. I love hiking with my wife and kids, and I also have a weekly workout with my brothers and dad for added accountability.
Looking back, my journey has been shaped by both desire and challenge—each chapter pushing me to grow. Through it all, my family has been my anchor and my motivation. I’m grateful for where I am and excited for what’s next.
With 12 years of experience, I’m upfront, honest, and direct with my clients. I’ve learned that avoiding tough conversations or being anything less than transparent only creates more stress for everyone involved. I make it a priority to maintain transparent and strong communication.
When it comes to negotiation, I know how to get offers accepted and keep transactions moving forward—even in competitive, multiple-offer situations. I adapt my approach to fit each deal. My strategic offers consistently stand out, especially in challenging markets.
I also make sure my clients can see homes on their schedule, not mine. If I’m unavailable, I have trusted support in place so they avoid missing an opportunity. I specialize in new construction, resale; primarily single-family homes. My clients benefit from my honesty, responsiveness, negotiation skills, and flexible availability.
With gratitude,

Ozzie Corn
